Tonight was a 12 hour work night & I didn't want to wake up early enough to grab some breakfast so I planned a really big meal to compensate.
Sushi Box: Part breakfast / Part Snack Box
Main Meal: Ginger Chicken for Lunch / Pepper Steak for Dinner
