Mmmm, tonight's meal was nummy nummy nummy!!!

First I chopped up the chicken in bite size bits & stuck it in a ziplock with about 2T of low sodium soy sauce (BF has issues with salt) and 1t crushed garlic to marinate overnight! Pulled it out and tossed it in the wok & started some garlic rice. Then I chopped up some brocoli and steamed it up in the microwave to almost but not quiet cooked (you'll see why in a minute) and tossed it in the wok to simmer cook with the chicken. This made the most delicious 5 ingrediant meal EVER!!!! I'm really big on low ingrediant cooking.

To round out the meal - I had a kiwi in a seperate box to provide some sweetness for dessert. (unpictured)
