I'm pulling inspiration from Effy Wild with her Wildly Inspired series for the journal itself & adding my own twist to it, primarily I'm using this journal to inspire me to be a much better witchy me.
I really wish I had taken pictures of the steps I took to prep this small Witch in the Wild art journal but I didn't :( The first step was gessoing the whole cover of the album, then after it dried, I used my gouache water colors in purple & prussian blue. After applying the paint, I used water straight on the cover to make it bleed & run. It totally came out amazing!!!!
This layout is very very similar to Effy's because she was the total inspiration behind it.
