List It: My Perfect Day

When I'm not in the bowels of depression, my perfect day would go something like this:


  • Wake up relaxed & refreshed
  • Shower
  • Coffee on the patio, listening to the birds & squirrels
  • Yoga in the garden
  • Leisurely breakfast; possible fruit & croissants, with another cup of coffee
  • Reading/Fiddling with some art/Meditation
  • A nap
  • Spending the afternoon/evening with my boyfriend, my family or my friends (or any combo of them)
    • Dinner
    • Games (card, board, anything that involves all of us connecting)
    • Conversation
  • Unwinding with a movie or TV with my BF
  • Falling asleep listening to the rain on the roof of my lamp
