Since my BF is off being a moron, I'm going to give myself the gift of an evening unplugged.

I will be spending tonight alone, unplugged. My phone is going off & the TV too. I am going to set up a playlist for the night of my calming happy music. I may pull out my crafting supplies & get started on a new version of the memory book.

Totally unplug from your email, IM, your cell phone. Being "always on" may be creating more stress in your life than you realize.

At the end of the night, I plan on climbing into a freshly made bed, new pj's, a glass of wine and a good book - totally the makings for a delightful lounge experience.
