Crock Pot Chicken Paella

  • 4 diced chicken thighs
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 diced medium onion 
  • 1 diced bell pepper  
  • 1 cup canned chicken broth (eyeball it mid way up the chicken is good
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup white rice


Instructions
Place everything (but the rice) in a 4-quart or larger crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 hours.

Add rice; cook, covered, about 20ish minutes.

Yeilds about 4 servings at 6pts per serving & it is OMG yummy!!!
