Working It At Work

Wow – I’ve been trying to get myself back in the work out habit and failing miserably then my co-workers brought the gym to work. LOL. Yay! I’ve got an hour break every night, so I might as well make it worth my while & work out. I just gotta remember to either wear or pack gym clothes to make it a bit easier.

I should also start putting my gym membership to use too. With any luck & a few changes in my thinking – I’ll be able to make the changes I need to make and get started making myself better.
