Spa Pizza


2 1/4 c. unbleached white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. honey
2 pkgs. Rapid Rise yeast
1 c. hot water
Pam spray


1 1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 c. grated skim Mozzarella
Sliced vegetables as desired (broccoli, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, etc.)

Mix all dry ingredients. Add water; mix well. Knead gently and cover for 10 minutes. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Roll out dough onto sheet and let rise 20 minutes.
Top with pizza sauce and Mozzarella. Top with sliced vegetables as desired. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
