What musical artists have you most felt connected to over your lifetime?

While I love music and would listen to various playlists 24/7, my musical tastes change soooo frequently that I have never really felt a deep connection to any one in particular. Now there are songs on the other hand that I feel truly encapsulate my soul, but that alas, was not the question.
