1 med onion sliced
20 sugar snap peas
4 b/l pork chops cut into small pieces
1in ginger (grated)
1t garlic
2t olive oil
2t garlic based marinade
put pork chops, garlic, ginger, and marinade into glass bowl - coating the pork well, set aside for 30mins.
Heat olive oil in wok pan, add pork - stir fry lightly 5mins.
Add onions - continue to stir fry for another 5mins.
Add sugar snap peas - continue to stir fry for 5 additional mins.
