Review: Well this book was better than Cry Wolf but still not up to Mercy’s standards.

I enjoyed the mix of characters & adored Tom’s white witch, she made the book for me. But I do wish that the Omega concept had been more thoroughly explained. This was the perfect situation to have a big reveal.

Overall this was a really fun read, moved the characters on to a slightly better position and entertained the hell out of me.

What I liked the Least? Anna’s beat down attitude

Review: I haven't gotten as into to the Alpha and Omega series as much as I love the Mercy series, but that is because Anna is a very different character from Mercy. She has been through a tremendous amount of physical and sexual abuse and is finally in a situation where she might actually feel safe. Anna has amazing inner strength, but none of the cocky, 'I believe I'm indestructible' attitude that made Mercy Thompson's adventures so much fun to read.

What I liked the Most? The omega concept

What I liked the Least? Really? This story reads like a really bad dream

Review: As a short this story was ok and that is a just barely. Yes I hate shorts but this one was stilted and boring a lot of the time. I don't think the Charles in this story was a good pick, it’s not that he was bad or wrong, but he lacks believability. Anna was so annoying with the whole "I’m beaten down but not yet broken" heroine type.

Recommended to: Fans of were fiction
